Assistant teachers must ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and company standards while maintaining a fun, clean, and organized classroom environment. Responsibilities also include developing the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, alongside effectively communicating with their families.

Candidates must possess the ability to meet state and/Or accreditation requirements for education and experience, demonstrating a passion for working with children. They must also be energetic and dependable individuals capable of working indoors or outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children.
