Job Coach - SWEP

The job coach works alongside participants in the summer work experience program to ensure they meet employer expectations regarding task completion and speed, while also providing ongoing training to improve performance. Responsibilities include problem-Solving performance issues, supporting relationship development with coworkers and supervisors, and maintaining required agency documentation.

A high school degree is required, though an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred, and candidates must have experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably youth. Essential requirements include excellent time management, strong communication skills, and possessing or being willing to obtain first aid and cpr certification.
