Job Coach - SWE

The job coach supports youth participants by working alongside them at job sites to provide training, ensure task completion, and help meet employer expectations. They also maintain documentation of participant progress and facilitate positive relationships between participants and their supervisors.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and experience working in social services. An associate's or bachelor's degree, as well as first aid and cpr certification, are preferred.
