Job Coach - SWE

The job coach supports high school students with disabilities by working alongside them at their job sites to provide training, address performance challenges, and facilitate workplace relationships. They also maintain documentation of participant progress and coordinate with case managers to ensure program success.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and experience in social services, with preference given to those with an associate's or bachelor's degree. Experience working with individuals with disabilities and current first aid/Cpr certification are also preferred.
