Job Coach - SWE

The job coach will support youth with disabilities by working alongside them to meet employer expectations and develop workplace skills. They are responsible for providing training, addressing performance challenges, and maintaining documentation of participant progress.

A high school diploma and experience in social services are required, while an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred. Candidates should have experience working with individuals with disabilities and ideally possess first aid and cpr certification.
