Teachers are responsible for inspiring students and promoting mastery in their subject areas while developing and implementing curriculum aligned with relevant state and common core standards. This includes continually assessing student progress, maintaining records, and evaluating instructional performance to meet student needs.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in the appropriate subject area and demonstrate knowledge of best teaching practices, along with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, high-Achieving school environment. A wisconsin state teaching license and a commitment to catholic faith principles are preferred.
