Behavior Specialist (2026-2027) academic year)

The behavior specialist is responsible for consistently implementing the student code of conduct, training stakeholders on its use, and analyzing behavior data to identify trends and implement action plans. This role also involves identifying students needing corrective plans and developing positive relationships with students and parents.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and be able to obtain fingerprint clearance through the nys department of education. Experience with diverse populations or in an urban setting is considered a plus.
