CARE Case Manager

The case manager supports students by addressing basic needs and promoting holistic wellness to enhance stability, retention, and overall success. This role involves individualized assessment, care coordination, and resource referral for issues like housing, food security, and financial stability.

Required qualifications include three years of experience in case management, social work, and/Or community resourcing, along with a desire to work with a high-Need student population. Preferred qualifications include an msw, mph, or ms in health education and experience in higher education.
