Community Coordinator (S 30h)

The community coordinator supervises groups of participants in various community settings, including work sites and recreational outings, while developing and maintaining diverse volunteer, vocational, and educational opportunities. This role also involves implementing independent living, employment, self-Advocacy, and soft skills into daily activities and curriculum.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with some college coursework and one to three years of relatable experience being preferred. Candidates must possess a massachusetts driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to communicate effectively, read, analyze, and write documents.
