Fulbright Student Success Graduate Assistant - 12 Month

The graduate assistant will serve as a coach supporting student engagement and outreach efforts by working directly with current students via various communication methods to foster connection and promote academic success. This includes creating personalized materials, providing information on campus resources, and collaborating with staff to coordinate targeted outreach for courses with high dfw rates.

Applicants must possess a 4-Year degree and be currently enrolled in a graduate degree program at the university of arkansas, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills. The role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks, work effectively with diverse students, and commit to 20 hours per week during the academic year.
