Lead Infant Teacher

The lead infant teacher will lead a mixed-Age infant classroom (Ages 0-3) in a montessori setting, focusing on observing each child to support their physical, emotional, and cognitive development while respecting their natural rhythms for sleeping, eating, and toileting. Responsibilities also include preparing and maintaining an orderly environment that fosters trust and exploration, and building warm relationships with children and families.

Candidates must have experience working with children ages 0-3 in a group care setting and possess required early childhood education or child development credits, along with a bachelor's degree in any field. Interest in pursuing fully sponsored montessori certification or holding a prior montessori diploma is also sought.
