Behavior Technician – ABA / Autism

As an aba behavior technician, you will provide one-On-One in-Home support to children and teens with autism or developmental disabilities under the guidance of a bcba. This includes implementing personalized behavior plans, collecting data, supporting skill development, and empowering families through training.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for supporting children and families affected by autism and must speak spanish, with cpi training being a requirement. The position is part-Time with flexible afternoon, evening, or weekend hours, and entry-Level candidates are encouraged to apply as training is provided.
