Certified Special Education Teacher (26-27 School Year)

The teacher will develop and sustain academically focused instruction in elementary grades, providing necessary accommodations and supports grounded in strong special education practices. Key duties include developing individualized education programs (Ieps), creating transition plans, and continuously implementing feedback for growth.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in special education, and must have or be on a path to obtaining a valid michigan teaching certificate with a relevant special education endorsement. Prior classroom experience working with students with exceptional needs is also required.
