Certified Middle School ELA Teacher (26-27 School Year)

The secondary english language arts teacher will develop and maintain high-Quality, academic-Focused instruction for all students by utilizing a high-Quality curriculum, implementing strong instructional practices, and employing culturally responsive teaching methods. Responsibilities also include building strong relationships with students and families, identifying best practices for student achievement, and continuously seeking growth through feedback.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in education or english language arts, and must have or be on a path to obtaining a valid michigan teaching certificate. Prior classroom experience in middle or high school is highly preferred, alongside a strong commitment to the school's mission and demonstrated ability to foster a positive, achievement-Oriented, and culturally responsive learning environment.
