Education Program Facilitator

The facilitator will address the educational, physical, and emotional needs of students with various challenges, including supervising classes and providing guidance to paraprofessionals. Key duties involve supporting behavioral plans, coordinating client transportation, responding to crises, and organizing training for support staff.

A minimum requirement is an associate's degree plus three years of experience working with children with disabilities, or eight years of total experience may substitute for the degree. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also mandatory.
