Clinical Educator, Full Time Days

This role is responsible for facilitating the educational development and professional growth of assigned nursing personnel through the development and implementation of orientation, in-Service, and continuing education programs. Major functions include providing classroom and clinical instruction, coordinating education planning, managing competency documentation, and assessing unit educational needs.

Minimum requirements include current registered nurse licensure in north carolina and a bachelor of science in nursing or a related bachelor's degree, with a master's degree and nursing certification preferred. Candidates should possess three years of specialty-Specific nursing experience, strong interpersonal, organizational, teaching, and leadership skills.
