Developmental Specialist Residential

The developmental specialist is responsible for supporting individuals in achieving their personal dreams and goals while ensuring their rights are protected. This includes facilitating community relationships, providing emotional and physical support, and implementing individual plans.

A high school diploma is required, along with a valid driver's license. Experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses, intellectual or developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders is preferred but not mandatory.
