Core responsibilities
The bcba will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments (Fbas), creating individualized treatment plans, and delivering play-Based aba therapy in the clinic setting. This role also involves training, mentoring, and supervising registered behavior technicians (Rbts) and other technicians, alongside collaborating with peers to ensure high-Quality client outcomes.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess an active board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification and a north carolina licensed behavior analyst (Lba). Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred, along with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
