School Age Teacher

The role involves planning and directing operations for the assigned school-Age classroom to uphold the company's mission, vision, and values while ensuring a developmentally appropriate learning environment. Essential functions include managing classroom compliance with regulations, implementing stimulating lesson plans, supervising children, and maintaining effective communication with parents and team members.

The ideal candidate should possess an associate of arts degree or equivalent credits in elementary education, psychology, child development, or a similar field. Consideration will also be given to candidates with specific clock-Hour training in child development, school age care curriculum, and communication, along with 400 hours of experience with school children or one year of college.
