Caliday Teacher's Aide - Carney - Morning Shift

The teacher's aide assists the program director and school age teacher in running before and after care programs for school-Age children, ensuring activities uphold the caliday mission and provide a safe, learning environment. Essential functions include managing the program space for compliance, implementing age-Appropriate activities from the curriculum, and assisting in child supervision and behavior management.

Candidates should possess energy and passion for working with elementary-Aged children and a desire for growth in the childcare field. Required qualifications include current cpr, first aid, and basic health and safety training certificates, alongside strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
