Employment Coach

The employment coach provides quality, person-Centered support and training to individuals with disabilities at their community-Based jobs, aiming to maximize participant independence by creating and promoting strong work systems. Essential duties include reviewing participant files, providing necessary training, maintaining detailed daily performance records, and coordinating schedules with the support team.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role, along with at least one year of preferred experience in education, social services, or business. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, access to a personal vehicle and home internet, and the ability to pass all required background checks.
