Student Success Advisor

The advisor will provide academic advising, educational guidance, and retention support to students, helping them clarify goals, develop education plans, and navigate enrollment and course selection. This role also involves developing and delivering workshops and collaborating with faculty on student success initiatives.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of full-Time equivalent related experience, along with a valid driver's license. Key attributes include strong communication, comfort with technology and student information systems, and a student-Centered approach.
