Entry Level Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy in center or home settings, focusing on building communication, social, and problem-Solving skills in children with autism. This role involves tracking client progress using company technology and collaborating with families and supervisors to support growth.

Candidates must possess patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and sound judgment, along with a high school diploma or ged and completion of at least one college course. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, active car insurance, and commitment to completing paid rbt training are mandatory.
