Entry Level Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One aba therapy to children in center or home settings, focusing on building communication, social, and problem-Solving skills. This role involves tracking client progress using company technology and collaborating with families and supervisors to support growth.

Candidates must possess patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and sound judgment, along with a high school diploma or ged and reliable transportation. A commitment to completing the paid virtual registered behavior technician training program is mandatory.
