Entry Level Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy in center or home settings, focusing on building communication, social, and problem-Solving skills in children. This role also involves tracking client progress using company technology and collaborating with families and supervisors.

Candidates must possess patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and sound judgment, along with a passion for helping children with autism. Essential requirements include a high school diploma or ged, comfort with tablet-Based technology, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, active car insurance, and a commitment to completing the paid virtual registered behavior technician (Rbt) training program.
