Entry Level Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy in center or home settings, focusing on building communication, social, and problem-Solving skills in children using evidence-Based techniques. Responsibilities also include tracking client progress using company-Issued technology and collaborating with families and supervisors.

Candidates must possess patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and sound judgment, along with a passion for helping children with autism. A high school diploma or ged is required, along with reliable transportation, a valid driver's license (With some exemptions possible), and commitment to completing the paid rbt training program.
