Childrens Case Manager

Case managers assist children and families in accessing necessary medical, social, educational, and vocational services to reduce mental health symptoms, collaborating closely with families and community professionals. Essential functions include reviewing documentation, coordinating care continuity, providing wrap-Around support, and maintaining accurate, timely client documentation per regulations.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a behavioral science or related field with 2000 hours of supervised experience with children with severe emotional disturbance, or qualify as a mental health practitioner via a graduate degree. Required qualifications also include knowledge of local community resources and the ability to pass required background checks.
