Child Watch Associate

The child watch associate ensures a safe and caring environment for children under ymca care, overseeing their safety and whereabouts while providing an interactive program. This role also involves engaging positively with parents and children during both child watch duties and birthday parties.

Candidates should ideally possess a high school diploma or ged and must be at least 15 years old, with prior experience working with children being preferred. New hires must obtain and maintain all required certifications and training within 90 days of employment.
