Core responsibilities
As a residential youth counselor, you will provide daily therapeutic care and programming for elementary-Aged children. You will engage youth in activities, document shifts, and manage crises while maintaining a nurturing environment.
Requirements summary
A high school diploma or ged is required, along with experience working with emotionally disturbed populations. A valid driver's license and the ability to complete tci training are also necessary.
