Youth Counselor -Crisis Program-Richfield

The youth counselor supports youth experiencing a mental health crisis by implementing interventions from their therapeutic support plan and engaging in daily activities. Responsibilities include managing behaviors, ensuring client safety, and participating in community activities.

Candidates must be 21 years or older with a high school diploma or ged and experience with youth in crisis programs. They must also pass a background check and complete required training within specified timeframes.
