Youth Counselor -Crisis Program-Andover

The youth counselor engages with clients in daily activities, implements behavior interventions, and ensures client safety according to their therapeutic support plan. They also participate in community activities and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Candidates must be 21 years or older with a high school diploma or ged and experience with youth in crisis programs. They must pass a background check and complete required training within specified timeframes.
