ABA Services Coordinator

The coordinator will manage administrative aspects of the applied behavior analysis program, including organizing staff and client schedules, monitoring waitlists, and assessing staffing needs in collaboration with human resources. They will also lead onboarding training for behavior technicians and may provide direct clinical services to children aged 2-7 with asd.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and a valid minnesota driver's license with an acceptable record, along with the ability to pass a dhs background check. Required experience includes working with children with special needs, effective english communication, and computer proficiency in word and excel.
