The educator will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment while designing and leading age-Appropriate lesson plans to spark learning and creativity in young children. They must also build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and must meet teacher qualifications set by the massachusetts department of early education and care (Eec). Essential requirements include maintaining current infant/Child cpr & first aid certification and completing all necessary eec and ymca trainings.
