Early Learning Floating Teacher PT- YMCA of the North Shore

The floating teacher supports classroom staff by leading developmentally appropriate activities and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized learning environment. They are also responsible for communicating with parents and maintaining accurate records such as attendance and incident reports.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and meet massachusetts department of early education and care teacher qualifications. Applicants are required to hold current infant/Child cpr and first aid certifications and demonstrate a strong understanding of child development.
