College Counselor

The college counselor will guide a caseload of 30-35 students through all aspects of the college process, including goal identification, standardized testing advice, application material support, and writing individualized counselor recommendations. Responsibilities also include engaging parents, collaborating with the college counseling team on strategies, and representing the office through internal and external programming.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree (Advanced degree preferred) and five or more years of relevant experience in either college counseling or selective college admissions. Essential qualities include excellent communication skills, a growth-Oriented mindset, cultural responsiveness, and a strong focus on relationship building.
