PROGRAM LEADER - The Carlton (60726)

The program leader will implement the on-Site after-School program and support the overall beyond homes program. Responsibilities include providing homework assistance, developing activity calendars, and maintaining communication with parents and staff.

Candidates should have strong relational skills and the ability to work independently under supervision. A high school diploma is required, along with some experience working with children or people with special needs.
