Chesterton - Youth Development Professional (School Year)

The youth development professional is responsible for creating, planning, implementing, and supervising programs and activities in areas such as education, arts, sports & fitness, and social recreation. They will establish rapport with members and provide guidance to support their leadership development and academic success.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, with some college education preferred. Previous experience working with youth, particularly elementary school age, is also required.
