College and Career Readiness Coordinator (2092)

The college and career readiness coordinator will develop and coordinate a comprehensive career development system for high school students transitioning to post-Secondary opportunities. This includes assisting students with goal setting, coordinating mentoring programs, and providing guidance on financial aid and college entrance examinations.

A bachelor's degree in education, social work, psychology, or a related field is required, along with 3-5 years of experience working with youth from low socio-Economic backgrounds. Strong communication skills and proficiency in microsoft office are also necessary.
