Grad Nurse Residency Program/ July 2026/Families are First/36 Hours

The graduate nurse is responsible for delivering coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and transition of care. They will also supervise unlicensed personnel and coordinate patient care while learning telemetry for specific patient populations.

A bsn is preferred, or an associate's degree with enrollment in a bachelor's program is acceptable. Candidates must have current connecticut licensure as a registered nurse and must pass the nclex for official hire.
