Substitute Teacher- Fixed

The substitute teacher supports the operation of a head start classroom for children aged 3 to 4, working collaboratively to manage the group while nurturing responsive teacher-Child interactions using the class™ framework. Responsibilities include delivering age-Appropriate instruction, monitoring developmental progress through assessments, adapting learning for diverse needs, and actively engaging families as partners.

Candidates must possess a deep commitment to working with young children in an inclusive, nurturing environment, coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills. A high school diploma is required, along with hands-On experience teaching preschool-Aged children and a collaborative, team-Oriented mindset aligned with the organization's mission.
