Career Advancement Specialist/BROADWAY

The specialist will equip adults with disabilities with job readiness skills, develop innovative learning environments, and create employment or collegiate opportunities focused on personal and professional development. Key duties include connecting with community employers, monitoring job performance, and providing individualized support and coaching for career pathways.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, with additional education preferred, and one to three years of human services experience is preferred, along with some marketing or sales experience. A massachusetts driver's license, clean driving record, personal vehicle, and the ability to pass federal and state background checks are mandatory.
