Career Advancement Specialist/SALEM

The specialist is responsible for equipping adults with disabilities with job readiness skills to secure employment or collegiate pathways by creating an innovative learning environment and developing relevant opportunities. Key duties include connecting with community employers, monitoring job performance, implementing independent living skills, and providing individualized coaching and support.

A high school diploma is required, though additional education is preferred, along with one to three years of human services experience being preferred. Candidates must possess a massachusetts driver's license, a clean driving record, have personal vehicle access, and must clear state and federal background checks.
