Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher will support the lead teacher by implementing age-Appropriate lesson plans and actively engaging with children to foster their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Responsibilities also include preparing classroom materials, ensuring a safe and inviting environment, and assisting with communication to families regarding student progress.

A high school diploma is required, though an associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate empathy, compassion, the ability to work productively without supervision, and a basic understanding of child development. Passing required state background checks and meeting minimum state requirements are mandatory.
