Registered Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized aba programming under bcba supervision, executing behavior intervention plans directly with clients to address challenges and promote positive behavior change. Responsibilities also include teaching skills using various methods, attending required meetings and training, and accurately collecting data and writing session notes.

A high school diploma or ged is required for this position, while an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Candidates must also possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check.
