Education Program Facilitator

The facilitator will address the educational, physical, and emotional needs of students with complex challenges, including supervising classes and providing direct support for behavior interventions and incentive programs. Key duties also involve coordinating client transportation, liaising with clinical staff, responding to crises, and organizing training for paraprofessionals.

Candidates must possess an associate's degree and three years of experience working with children with disabilities, though a bachelor's degree is preferred. Alternatively, eight years of total experience working with children with disabilities can substitute for the degree requirement, and a valid driver's license is mandatory.
