  • We are seeking a compassionate and dependable

  • Coach to provide 1:1 job support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, you will help supported employees succeed in their assigned job duties while promoting independence, skill development, and positive workplace behaviors. This is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys meaningful work and making a difference in the community.
  • Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 coaching, supervision, and support to supported employees at job sites Teach and reinforce job tasks, workplace skills, and appropriate social interactions Promote independence and successful work outcomes Implement Person‑Centered Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans Assist individuals in following daily work schedules and staying on task Provide Meaningful Day Services, including community‑based activities Respond appropriately to behavioral or crisis situations using approved techniques Complete required documentation, including attendance, progress notes, and incident reports Ensure work areas are safe, prepared, and stocked with supplies Transport supported employees using an agency vehicle, following all policies Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding progress and concerns Participate in required training (CPR/First Aid, behavior management, etc.) May provide temporary coverage as a Janitorial Crew Supervisor when needed.
  • QualificationsQualifications: High school diploma or GED required At least 6 months of related experience or training preferred Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Must be 21 years of age or older Ability to assist with activities of daily living (feeding, toileting, hygiene) as needed Ability to remain alert, attentive, and physically active throughout the shift Join a mission-driven team making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
