Coaches must foster a positive and motivating environment while maximizing client retention through best-in-class service including coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability. They are responsible for modifying movements for individuals and teaching proper form and technique to keep athletes safe.
Candidates must possess a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification and at least one NCCA-accredited certification, along with a minimum of one year of strength and conditioning experience in a relevant setting. A bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field is preferred.
