2026-27 Preschool Assistant Teacher (Ages 2-3)

The assistant teacher will design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum using the anjiplay methodology for children aged 2-3, focusing on fostering growth across all developmental areas. Key duties include leading classroom instruction, mentoring young learners, developing essential skills like cognitive readiness and social-Emotional development through play, and preparing children for kindergarten readiness.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, ged, or hsed, along with a commitment to working with diverse populations and an understanding of early learning best practices. Required attributes include an innovative mindset, strong collaboration skills, cultural competency, and the physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
