Academic Advisor

Advisors will assist and support undergraduate students in exploring educational goals, understanding academic requirements, navigating the university structure, and progressing toward timely degree completion. Key duties include responding to academic inquiries, engaging with committees and high impact practice programs, and implementing advising events like workshops.

A bachelor's degree is required, along with at least one year of professional experience in higher education, advising, or student services, demonstrating a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Preferred qualifications include experience with high impact practice programs and strong skills in building rapport and clear communication.
