Licensed Group Therapist

Responsibilities include reviewing client documentation, engaging with clients to identify strengths, and providing specific therapeutic support as prescribed in treatment plans, including crisis intervention techniques. The role also involves supporting curriculum updates, monitoring daily progress on goals, collecting outcome data, and communicating feedback to families and team members.

The role requires providing innovative, evidence-Based group social skills services for children and adolescents diagnosed with autism (Ages 3-21) within the create program. Candidates must be able to intervene in crisis situations and support the development and monitoring of client progress toward improving social communication, problem-Solving, and emotional regulation.
